The gap
Right now, most South African communities run on group chats, paper registers and notices that scroll away before anyone reads them. Important messages get buried under memes. The clubhouse gets double-booked. A late-night emergency goes to a number nobody's watching. Trustees chase every issue, booking and new resident by hand, across half a dozen apps.

How we build
We have spent years building software, and more than a decade serving on the boards and directorships of various estates. We do not just live in these communities; we have run them. That rare combination, hands-on knowledge of how an estate actually operates paired with serious engineering craft, shapes every decision. We care about the details a resident feels every day, and the ones they never see: security, reliability and privacy.
